Target. Je T’aime.

So, when I initially heard that Target was coming to town (Vancouver, Canada) and replacing our local Zellers I can’t say that I was any more excited than I was when I heard Walmart was also staking out a spot in this local north of the border.

(To be clear… I wasn’t super excited about Walmart. )

Target (for those that don’t know) is a big box store chain similar to Walmart that has amazing deals on…well, pretty much everything you need. And trust me, you walk in the door and you’ll find about 150 things you all of a sudden need that you didn’t need prior to showing up at Target. Zellers on the other hand…tries to be target… but the so-called deals really aren’t there and most of the stuff is cheap, but also crap. People get excited about Target because they tend to find good crap for cheap.

Suddenly though, I started to notice on quite a few style blogs that many of the super cute pieces being worn (from shoes to bags to clothes) were coming from…you guessed it…Target!

Now my interest is piqued. I already find some amazing style bargains via Joe Fresh (carried at our Superstores) but could it be true about Target as well?

At this point, they haven’t quite moved in yet but I thought I’d do a little digging online to see what I could find….
