I love this article. It’s easy to get bogged down in the day to day and show all your very worst qualities in the workplace – oversharing…bitchiness…passive aggressiveness…. heck, we spend 8+ hours there a day! It’s hard to keep yourself in check, especially under stress and fatigue.
That said, whether you’re a manager or “cubicle leader” as we call it in my workplace, it’s always a good idea to refresh and read a list like the one above and get back in touch with your best intentions, best practices and your best self in the workplace.
